installing installation manager v 1.6 for IBM WebSphere Application Server v 8.5 on windows (WebSphere Jungle)

Follow  the steps to install IBM Installation Manager(IM):

1. Download  IM is based on your system configuration like window 32 bit & 64 bit.

                           I am using  windows 7 64 bit. IM software comes like

                        agent.installer.win32.win32.x86_64_1.6.2000.20130301_2248.zip

2.unzip this zip file.

3.Go to agent.installer.win32.win32.x86_64_1.6.2000.20130301_2248 folder

4.click on install.exe if u r administrator or click on userinst.exe if u r a user.

5.It will launch Installation Manager(IM) wizard. follow the steps

                                 installed package----- IBM Installation Manager(optionally it is checked) &click next

             

     Accept license and click next

                   

                                 specify location to install Installation Manager(IM)

6.click on Restart Installation Manager if u want to install packages on your box(system).
